I Remember the Colours of Summer

So we went to Dunbogan on holidays with the extended crew the other weekend and it was pretty fricken sweet. We played french drinking games (which resluted in french and french associated people drinking everyone under the table) ate BBQ's and sung karaoke....

.... But looks like we are swinging into some semblance of gig mode now that all the fun in the sun is over.

Last Sunday at The Hopetoun was fun (as well as a slimy shade of humid)!
Thanks for everyone getting down early, I think we all enjoyed the show and you guys were either drunk, high or seemed to enjoy the new songs (or maybe all three which is fine too).
So anyhow, we have another Sydney show soon, which may bring some more new songs to the fore, more sweat and more drinking and getting high from you lovely folk.

So as per Above we are playing with Rogerthat & The Bungalows at Spectrum on 4th of April. Like we usually prefer, we are on first at 8.30pm and would really really love to see you there!

In other Stu - Stu news Dylan has been working with labelmates Lights Out on some demo songs and I’m pretty sure Tim Rogers just got a memo saying he is no longer needed as this is some fantastic Australian indie-rock and if we can get that arsehole who runs Candy Pants records to consent we’ll put a track or two of that up for your listening pleasure!
Hesh has been working with 1 2 Seppuku’s Chris K, Joel A and Frenchman Alex Dubrana on some loud, angry music – with bassist Jono from The Hell City Glamours due back from SXSW next week expect to see them shaking their overdrive about soon…. Dylan and Joel are still trying to make it big with Poxy Music – pretty sure some demos of that will appear on this here page in the V-near future as well.

See you all in Autumn!

Sunday Evening Show - 22nd March

This Sunday we are making a very understated appearance.

Opening up for Sierra Finn at the Hopetoun Hotel as part of their residency for the month of March.

We have 4... maybe 5 new songs we will be playing live for the first time ever, so whilst we hope no one expects too much, if you are interested, get on down early Sunday evening (let's say 6.30pm) and have a final summer beer with us before the next working week drags you out of daylight savings and into the cold dark winter ahead.

Best,
